How to enhance toughness and durability of rubber rollers

At the same time, printing rod marks may also be caused by bad conditions such as glue skipping and slipping glue. 1. After completing the production operation every day, the rubber roller should be carefully cleaned twice and cleaned;

2. The printing rubber roller must be cleaned with designated chemical reagents (such as industrial alcohol), and corrosive solvents must not be used.

3. Remove the rubber roller during holidays to prevent compression deformation;

4. To protect the surface of the printing rubber rollers, please wrap them in newsprint and store them in a ventilated and dark place.

Therefore, the rubber roller head and bearings should be filled with lubricant regularly to prevent normal wear of the rubber roller and ensure printing quality. In offset printing technology, the key is to control the balance between water and ink. Ink balance depends on the key components of rubber rollers and ink rollers. Its quality will directly affect product quality. This is especially true for gravure printing, embossing and flexographic printing.
