How to use the teflok roller correctly

 When using a Teflok roller for work, if there is a conflict between the Teflon roller and the pressed material, static electricity will be occurred , which will suck dust in the air to the surface of the Teflok roller. So you will be found that there are a lot of foreign objects on the roller surface. At this time, you need to use a soft cloth to wipe the Teflon roller gently to achieve the purpose of improving the appearance quality of the Teflon roller.

When installed on equipment for production, whenever materials enter the working surface of the Teflok roller. The material needs to be calendered first to avoid scratches on the roller surface due to rapid hardening of the material. Of course, this operation must be performed without affecting the production quality of the material. If it affects the exit of the material, it needs to be polished at the Teflok roller factory.
