How do mirror roller manufacturers select materials for their products?

In industries such as printing and dyeing, leather and papermaking, roller products are widely used. Depending on the production and processing objects and requirements, we will choose different roller products.

As a type of rubber roller, the mirror roller must first be carefully selected during the production process. If the raw material quality of the mirror roller is not up to standard, its use will be affected. Mirror roller manufacturers have rich experience in product production, and they also attach great importance to the selection of materials.

1. The production of mirror rollers usually uses 45# steel, alloy steel seamless pipes, precision forgings and other materials. The surface finish of the roller can reach Ra0.01 (smoothness level);

2. The roller blank of the mirror roller is made of professionally imported alloy steel, and different flow channel structures are designed according to different material properties;

3. Mirror processing can be carried out on the surface of various materials to ensure that the straightness, balance, out-of-roundness, coaxiality, etc. of the roller surface meet the requirements;

4. During the processing of mirror rollers, the cooling or heating temperature difference is not greater than ±1℃, the surface hardness is HRC55~58, the hardness after chrome plating and polishing is HRC62, and the thermal deformation is not greater than 0.01mm.
