Comparison with Other Series:

The YR series is a winding type (slip ring) motor, while other series like Y, YKK, YKS, and Y2 are squirrel-cage motors.

The cooling methods for different series vary. Y and YR series use IC01 (IC11, IC21, IC31) cooling methods, YKK and YRKK series use IC611 cooling method, and YKS and YRKS series use IC81W cooling method.

The protection types also differ among the series. Y series has IP23 protection, YKK and YRKK series have IP44 or IP54 protection, and YKS and YRKS series have IP54 protection.
