Can cut steel plates or section steel with a thickness of less than 12mm.
The shear thickness can reach up to 45mm.
The blade of the drum flying shear moves in a simple circular motion, allowing it to cut rolling pieces at speeds up to 15 m/s.
Crank Rotary Lever Flying Shearing Machine:
Used for cutting thick strips or billets.
The blade of this flying shear is usually perpendicular to the rolling piece when cutting, resulting in a smooth shear section.
Inclined blades can be used to reduce shear force when cutting strips.
Suitable for small section steel plants with a speed of less than 5m/s and a thickness of 30-70 shearing pieces.
Crank Eccentric Flying Shearing Machine:
The blades of this flying shear move by translation.
The crankshaft of two arms is hinged in the boring of an eccentric shaft, allowing the blade to move in a shear curve similar to horizontal movement.
