YB3 series flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor

YB3 series flameproof three-phase asynchronous motor is in line with the third efficiency standard in the provisions of GB18613-2012 "Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades for small and medium three-phase asynchronous motors"., It is the replacement of YB2 series. According to GB3836.2, the motor are made into a flameproof type. The explosion protection marks are Exd Ⅰ Mb、Exd Ⅱ BT4Gb and Exd Ⅱ CT4Gb. It is applicable to the equipment in the non-mining surface of coal mine or the explosive mixture formed by combustible gas or steam and air of class A and class B group T1 ~ T4 in the place, and it is used as the general power equipment.

Exd Ⅰ Mb and Exd Ⅱ BT4Gb execution standard is JB/T7565.1-2011

Exd Ⅱ CT4Gb execution standard is JB/T7565.4-2015

Specification:

◆ Site conditions

The standard working conditions of YB3series motors are as follows：The altitude is notmore than 1000 meters, motors are suitable foralmost all applications and operate satisfactorily attemperature from -15° C to +40° C，When used in underground coal mines, the maximum ambienttemperature is 35℃ .

◆ Temperature rise and insulation

F class (155 ℃ ) insulation system and temperature rise class B (80K) are adopted to the motor.The service life and reliability of the motorare guaranteed.

◆ Cooling and ventilation

The standard cooling method is fully enclosed self-fan cooling standard motor equipped with auxiliary flow plastic fan in accordance with the

provisions of IC411 in iec60034-6

The standard protection class of motor is IP55,can be used in dusty or humid environment
